My name is Benitta Kiconco, originally from Uganda, currently located in Boston – MA, USA. I am an engineer by profession BUT I love being a makeup artist too!
Where do I start? Well, I never really got into the makeup world until I was about 21 (in my college days). I enjoyed dressing up and making up – but never found it a big deal. My mum would always come home with “gifts”, some of which included makeup brushes or eye shadow pallets (I still actually hold on to them…) and it never crossed my mind that I would one day become a self-taught makeup artist.
About 4 years ago, I started getting compliments about my makeup looks (especially the eye brows) and would always offer my friends a quick makeup session. Little did I know that a few friends would become regulars and encourage me to actually start doing makeup professionally. This got me excited and I slowly became a YouTube fanatic watching all kinds of makeup videos.
So… here I am today, I am passionate about makeup and I truly enjoy working on different faces and making my clients happy! As a client once told me – “I give a true natural makeup look!” I currently have my own makeup studio with a growing client-base – All Glory goes back to God!
